Can the birthmother reclaim her child after the adoption?

California law allows the birth mother up to 30 days to change her mind. However, she can waive the 30 days if she wishes.

The Adoption Placement Agreement (APA) is revocable until the 30th day unless a Waiver to the Right to Revoke Consent is signed.
